Hi This is Michelle with BANKSAFE, I am part of an advocacy group. I might have a few suggestions if you like...With the banks we have at our disposal today we might as well just hide our money underneath our mattresses!

What makes you think that payroll checks don't get a hold?

Fidelity Federal is more interested in speaking Spanish or giving Illegal Aliens Bank Services just like Bank Of America. I have to battle with them constantly placing holds on deposits. I even have a hold on a Cash Deposit that I deposited into their ATM Machine which they still have not verified and cleared. Fidelity Federal has also promised for years that they would stay a small local Bank only to become part of the National Bank. They raised the minimum balances from $100 to $200 and now to $500 in order to collect Service Charges and NSF Fees. I am trying to close my account as soon as I can get all my automatic deductions taken care of.

Hi, Don't do business with national or federal banks. They operate only to line their pockets. Find a local bank or local Credit Union. They are the ones that are regulated by the State, and therefore provide much better service to you. I have been with a local Credit Union for years, and have never once been ripped off. But I was ripped off before, when I banked with national banks. Close your account now! Educate yourself. Business has changed. Greed has taken over.
