I'm sorry to have read about your incident with Fifth Third Bank. I find it funny how they could charge the customers fees when the customer may make an error, but yet not have to pay the customer when they make an error. I am a victim of fraud with my overdraft protection credit card now and sympathize with you; HOWEVER, you can easily find phone numbers and names of the people in head of the departments simply by going to BBB.com and placing in the bank information. You will have access to a ton of information regarding this company; thus, you will be able to forward your complaint without having to go thru the middleman. Good Luck in your endeavor.
