Well Dan and the rest of you i am so sorry man for the inconvenience that you have had with this company.I feel all your pain as i was also a victim until May 1st.I am going to give you some hints and suggestions that would hopefully help you as well as everone who have been treated unfairly by this company. First I am going to tell you what happend to me. I started paying for my computer and stuff in Nov 2005 in the amount of $87.98 deducted every other week from my bank account.Now i completed all payments on Dec 22, 2006 then i was told it would take 6-8 weeks in production then shipped, which my computer was already out of production because there was an issue before where i completed the seven consecutive payment and qualified for shipment but i asked them to skip a few payments so i had to start over. So i called them on Feb 2,2007 and they told me due to delay issues its not going to be until April 27,th which i was furious so since i had a $250 coupon they sent me i decided to redeem it for something and they offered a printer, scanner, copier and i said ok.I called them on April 16th and they said its been delayed further until another 90 days. They offered me a digital camera at that time.It got to the point where when i call customer service i couldnt get pass the automated system.I filed a report with the BBB which didnt make any sense even though they forwarded my report to the Virginia dept of consumer affairs.However, i did a little investigation in finding out the name , address , and phone number of the CEO. I wrote him an email on April 16th the same day which i spoke to Customer service. Up to this day he hasnt responded but on April 27th, i called again and they confirmed its not going to be another 90 days and i lost it and told the rep i know whats going on and she got upset with me, at that time i explained i filed reports on them. So i wasnt prepared to ever get my computer only to find out that 4 days later a DHL driver came to my house saying he got a dell piece i jumped for joy man, i even helped the driver with it from his truck lol, and the next day after that the same guy came with my printer, they even gave me a more advance printer cuz it wasnt suppose to have fax and it does. Then just 3 days ago i got a letter from the BBB saying the company has not responed over the 2 week period they were allotted basically telling me there was nothing they could do.But i did send the BBB 2 emails telling them i got the printer and pc so thats y it didnt make any use to file a complaint with them but i think its the email to the CEO that did the trick even though he never responded up to this day. I havent heard anything about my digital camera yet but you know what, i am not even going to sweat it.Now i dont know exactly how much info i can give out here because i am new but i would like to help you guys either by providing you the name of the CEO or his email or the sources in which i obtained that info. I dont know how we would exchange that info but i can give you my email if you contact me but only with reports on this company. Wish you guys the best. Bless
