Findlay Toyota NEVER AGAIN! Flagstaff Arizona
I will never buy a vechicle from these people. My toyota broke down twice in Flagstaff so we contacted Findlay Toyota. They did not want to come and pick up the car. My car stopped on the interstate going 75 mph but Findaly blamed me saying i did various things ( to Ricky) which i did not. The only reason i am alive is because I was in the right lane and was able to get off the iroad.
I got a loaner car from them and Ricky tells me that the woman in the dealership put most of my stuff that was in my car in the loaner. Even my insurance card and auto registration is now gone because the loaner car got stolen and Findlay blamed me. Give me a break. I am on surveillance at the casino and the airport. So if i was the one who stole i would be in jail by now.
I do not expect to ever driving through Flagstaff in the future so I will never have to use their dealership for warranty work or whatever.
I never bought a car from them and never will because their customer service was terrible and nonexistant.
