Finish Line Powersports, Inc. So called "Buddy Package" ..... Complete Scam Livonia Michigan
In March of 2007 arrangements were made to purchase one of Finish Lines "Buddy Package's" which was supposed to include the following: One Suzuki 450 LTR, One Yamaha YZ 450, a pair of helmets, gloves, gas cans and one trailer all for $13,972.54. This was all verified through various phone calls to the dealer prior to delivery. The very next day, at 6:00am, a delivery truck arrived with the Suzuki 450 only, nothing else. I was promised that the delivery on Yamaha and the additional buddy package items would arrive later that day. The documents were signed and I took delivery of the Suzuki based upon the representations made by Finish Line and the delivery man. As of today I have never seen the remaining items I was promised. After contacting the dealership I was told that the $13,972.54 was for the Suzuki ONLY and nothing else. I can assure you this was not what was agreed upon via our phone conversations. Any attempt to rectify the situation proved futile. After placing numerous phone calls, I received the typical runaround ranging from "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do" to just being hung up on. On top of all this, they felt the need not to include the title to the Suzuki which was just recently taken care of by contacting Suzuki directly. So in short, please stay away from these people. They are nothing but con artists, plain and simple.
