I contacted this so called company for an outdoor fireplace. After numerous emails, decided to have them build my fireplace. Their website is not a even a close representation of their real product! Shame on me, I did read reviews on this company, but mostly about product being damaged during shipping...so, I decided to drive and pick it up on my trailer. Long story short, we barely made it home without this thing falling apart. Had to pay up front, asked if I could pay upon pick up, but the guy tells you "his builder" won't release the product to him without complete payment.
Once we got to rockwall, it was obvious he builds these units in his garage, as I saw the same fence in some of the pictures he sent me. The particular unit I ordered was three pieces, supposed to fit together like furniture, as described on the website, and require little touch up, paint etc. So we get the unit home, off the trailer, it had cracked in several places already, but I was still confident I could touch it up, then we leveled it on our patio, I did the touch ups, not too shabby, all ready to slide the firebox in, only to find out, it was 4 inches too big all the way around!!!!
I tried calling this idiot, of course no answer, so I emailed for answers. He responds that, " your unit shohave have been shipped with the back panel off in order to get the firebox in" but that it would be an easy fix, just pop out a few screws, take back panel off and slide firebox in. Okay, my husband and I are very patient people, but, this was not just popping out a few screws. We did as instructed, and it still did not fit. It required a saw, tiles had to be broken off, studs cut, compromising the integrity of the whole unit!! I did cry, once, but now I'm just pissed. I have sent emails, no response as of yet. Please save yourself the headache and buy the fireplace (((competitor's name redacted))) carries.
