Firestone Complete Auto Care RIP OFF Angleton Texas
This place has ripped me off of a lot of money. The angleton, tx store. Last May I bought 4 brand new tires and a front end alignment. I went to get my oil changed 3 months later and was informed by the place changing my oil that one of my tires was bad and that my car was out align. Called firestone spoke to the manager he said that he would replace it for half the price. Took it up there and to also get spark plugs changed. He locked me in a price for 189.00. I got a call from them saying that oil was in my spark plugs that it would end up costing me 500 to fix everything. That I can come up there and they would prove it when they know I work 20 miles away. Now I just went to get my oil changed and the place told me that my tires are really bad and need to be changed asap (they are not even a tire shop so they are not trying to sell me anything) I AM FURIOUS I have not even driven that car 12,000 miles since this happened. I am disgusted with these lazy people and scam artists. Anybody I come in contact with I let them know not to go to firestone and now nobody I know goes there anymore. This should not be how your business is ran and I will report it bb, and anywhere I can to let people know that you might as well take a lighter to your money.
