My daughter had car trouble and called me for help. I contacted Firestone near her and set up an appointment online to have her battery checked and changed if needed at 11am the next day. I got the quote online for a new battery, it said online price and to show the quote at the time of appt. for $94. You can only get this deal online and bring in the quote.
She arrived and they told her that the appointment was just to talk to someone and not to have work done. She couldnt be seen until 5pm. Also that they dont carry that battery, its just something they show online, everyone wants it and isnt in stock. "The only battery we can give you is this one for twice the price". Now my daughter who was crying last night stranded is sitting in a repair shop for 6 hours learning what a "Bait and Switch Scam is" I picked Firestone for the company name.

They have coupons online, but dont carry the battery.
