First Capital Consumer Group is a deceptive consumer rip-off fraud company Internet fraud, Ontario *UPDATE ..Thank you so much Rip-off Report!
First Capital Consumer Group used the name of Dorothy with a rep# of 408, & said they would issue 2000 visa with no interest rate and 2500 Master card with interest rate of 4.9 and that it would never go above 7.9 ....
I received a telephone call saying I would receive a Visa and Mastercard. The visa would have a $2000 limit and the Master card a $2500 limit.
I had to give my checking account number to withdrawl $219 to do so. They said I would receive them in 10 business days and they would already be activated.
They said there would be no interest on the visa and 4.9 on the mastercard which would never go past 7.9.
I also could transfer existing credit balances. The representative also stated she (Dorothy rep#408) had done this herself.

After checking the internet for First Capital Consumers Group, I found out the credit card offer was a SCAM. I immediately contacted my bank and put a stop payment on the $219 I was told I needed deducted from my account to get these credit cards. I did it in time and thanks to RIP OFF REPORT! THEY DIDN'T GET MY MONEY! They tried to take it but it was STOPPED! I will never agian be the victim of a scam. I will always protect my account information and check with Rip Off Report.
