Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received a call from First Capital saying I had been approved for a Visa or Mastercard. They required $199. About two weeks ago I received my package and no card.

Now it has been a total of five weeks and no card. I called a week ago and a lady told me it should be here any day. I have a two year old I pay daycare for. That was two weeks of daycare I gave up to have the security of a credit card for emergencies.

This Sarah person has worked for the company for three weeks before she leaves for school and reports all this crap! If the company were legitmate, they would have just sent the d**n card. They are a scam and their object is to delay people until they cannot get their money back through the banking system. Consumers have 60 days from when they receive the bank statement that the transaction appears on to dispute it. This is because an ACH transaction (which is what the debit charged to your bank account is) is covered under Regulation E of Banking laws. If you are still within this time frame, contact your bank and tell them you did not authorize this transaction. They will have to investigate the transaction and they WILL credit your account within 10 business days. Its the law. The idiots at First capital will not dispute the transaction. Their object is to take as many people as they can before they are shut down. Then they change their name and start the scam again. READ THESE REPORTS. CAPITAL FIRST, FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS GROUP, DONT YOU SEE THE PATTERN HERE? COME ON PEOPLE.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Hi, i have worked for first capital consumers group for only three weeks before i had to go back to school but i did learn alot about this company. NO they are not fraud....they are just experiencing some difficulties with the processing of the products.... Almost 99% of the company employees have seen this package with the credit card in it.... they do send it out....but they take their time... what i mean to says is that you actually do recieve three packages.... the first package contains a bunch of coupons and welcome kits...etc....the second package has the actual card in it...and the third package is the computer and etc....no you dont get the computer right away but you recieve it almost 6 to 9 months after having the card....what the company does is that the send you the cards and wait and see if you can maintain them or not and if all goes good and well with you and the cards they then send out the computer or whatever else that has been promised to you... However, they have been experiencing some technical difficulties and with relocation they have been set back...so please be patient and have faith in people out there...because not everyone is fruad or out there to rip you off... thank you
