First Capital AKA Capital First ripoff Mastercard Scam bank account charges Miami Florida
I was ripped off by this company. I received a phone call regarding a pre approved Mastercard with a $2500.00 credit limit.I gave the young lady the required information.
I was told that a $29.95 shipping fee would be charged to my bank account in order to securely rush my card to me. I was then charged $99.95 and $59.95 and have never received the card. I have called the "customer care" number more than 50 times. I have spoken to a couple of real live people, but none of which would offer any assistance.
I was told to fax proof of the charge against my bank account. The number provided 1-800-644-5992 is not connected to a fax machine at all. I called back and informed customer service representative "Dana" of my findings and she began to laugh! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated that they would only repeat the same thing that she was telling me.
I went to my bank and filed a complaint. To this day I have not received a refund to my account.
