First Choice Credit Services deceptive company rips off Nationwide
was called by a telemarketer and stupidly gave my account information thinking that i would be receiving a credit card with a limit of 2500.00.
called back one week later to ask some questions and then was told that it was not a credit card but a list of cards i could get approved for. i then changed the date of the debit, because i was told that it was too late to cancel it at that moment.
I changed the date for 2 weeks later and was going to call back and cancel the charge. the next day my account was charged 298.00. i called once again and told the rep that i was unhappy with what had happened and i wanted my money refunded. she then attempted to talk me into receiving the package, i told her i just wanted my money back, so she said that it would be 22-30 before the money would be refunded. it has now been 31 days and no refund.
