First Commerce Credit Union - Tallahassee Florida Not in Compliance with NCUA, Fannie mae or Freddie mac Tallahasee Florida
The first mortgage and second mortgage post closing documents are not organized. Some documents have been missing for years, others are back dated or forged. Fannie mae and or Freddie mac need to be aware and suspend loans from this credit union. The collection department calls need to be recorded and not be only relied on the person notes.

The company noted above always appreciates the feedback from members and the public in regards to concerns of this nature. The credit union, including the mortgage and collections department, is audited regularly, both by external auditors and regulators.
