Probably the best (and easiest) thing to do would be to dispute the account status with the credit bureau... When the investigation is complete and the information updated, send a copy to the credit card company certified mail. If, at any point in the future, they re-report it after they have received your documents, you can file suit against them for knowingly reporting false credit information. (I went through this with another company) GOOD LUCK!!!
