This company offers credit cards to people with less than perfect credit - like me after a divorce from someone who let the house get forclosed and car get repopped just to ruin my credit. They consistently OVERCHARGE fees etc... they post payments late - charge a late fee - they allow a charge to go through that takes the account $.03 overlimit and charge a $45 overlimit fee. The fee is charged the day after your statement is printed therefore you get your statement and it shows not overlimit and a nominal payment due.

Even if you send over the amount requested your acount is still overlimit and you don't know it until you get your next statement which shows the first overlimit charge. Meanwhile the day after that statement is printed they have charged you an aditional overlimit fee. When you call they tell you that if you read your statement that they are perfectly within their rights and it is a completely legal practice.

They do this over and over. They charge your annual fee and charge an overlimit fee. Their customer service sucks - when you try ot cancel they charge you late fees on late fees. Read reviews on cardoffers.com. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!! There should be a class action suit filed against this company.
