First Consumers National Bank Magazine charges to account, not authorized, then would not credit back. Caused account to be over limit, which they charged fees for. Portland Oregon
For three months now FCNB has been harassing me to pay for magazines not authorized or recieved, through their credit card. When I called this in, was told to contact the vendor, which I did. Still no credit back on the account, and they say I am deliquent because I refuse to pay them for their mistake. Never, never sign any contract with this bank!!!
You can not get anywhere with their customer service either, they send you straight through to collections. I am fighting this to the end, because if they put this on my credit report, I'll sue.
They handle Speigal, Eddie Bauer, and Room Store.....be aware!
