First of all, we do not charge $58 dollers, we charge $159.00. I don't know where you got $58 dollers from. Also on the verification recording, it does specify that "You will recieve you membership package 10-14 business days, after the payment has cleard OUR bank." If you do not ask questions, or listen to the security recording, it is not our fault. Second of all, our customer service number is not 413-850-5830! It is 416-850-5830. And someone will be there to answer the phone, if the line is busy it is because someone at customer service is assisting other customers. Just be patient. Thank You
