Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
They contacted me in March of 2001 to recieve one of their credit cards. The removed the membership fund of $200.00 from my account in May of 2001. And now it is almost the end of Sept 2001 and still no card. And when I attempt to contact them I have no luck. I continue to get their messaging service, and empty promises that a representative will contact me by the end of the day.

When I FINALLY get through to someone in their customer service department I hear promises that my package including my card will be in the mail THAT day and yet no card.

Their customer service people are some of the rudest and most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. I am currently preparing a class action law suit against them and would like to know if anyone else has had similar experiences with them and would like to be a part of the suit.

Please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]

I paid the amount of 249, and was promised a card for the amount of $3000. My account was debited about 4 months ago, and no card. Everytime I call they say it will be another week. I tried to get the card, because I have damaged credit, and planned to use the card to better my credit. Being in the military, I also have a limited income and can't afford to "burn" about 250 on nothing. I would appreciate any help with this issue, or to be part of the Suit. I have attourneys that would probably be of help to the situation. Thanks for any help.

I have tried to contact "First Financial" to no avail. I cannot believe I have been a victim of a scam. Having a limited income and having a $249.95 fraud charge from your checking account is so shameful. I am furious.
