On Jan 18, 2005 I excepted a call, regarding a promotional offer, to receive a Credit card limit of $10,000, and $500 dollar emergency card to use at my leisure; 0% percent rate, 2% percent on purchased price items, consumer pay shipping and handling.

The Company was to provide a pin number for the emergency cash card, which can be used at any bank to received the cash, and the Company did require you to pay the money back, because it was an promotional offer to get consumers like myself to join the website engine.

After reviewing and questioning the Rep. of the Company, she confirmed the accuracy of what I heard. On 1/18/2005. I provided my personal bank infor. by posted check in the amount of $150 for 2/14/2005. She assured me that this Co. has been around for many years and has several hundred satisfied customers, but this promotional offer was a one-time limited time offer.

After researching this infor. on BBB. I found this Co. has had many complaints. I informed my bank 2weeks prior to the Feb 14, 2005 transaction to put a stop payment on the posted dated check.

The Company realized the transaction was cancelled, they without my knowledge or consent made an ACH electronic check and withdrawn the money ($150)out of my account.

As of today, I have yet to receive the promotional offer credit card and $500 emergency card they promised. I have not received any informational package,material or booklet from this company, but I have received some used material from this Co.

This Company was not honest while my personal information is in their possession. The promotional offer was to help consumers like myself re-establish their credit, not for this company to fraudulent take your money.

I have made several attempts to contact this Company, via telephone, email, Fax, certified mail, regular mail, federal express, BBB, 2 day express. But has received no response or my refund of $150.00.

This Company has responded to BBB, with false accusations, of my rudeness and disrespect. They indicated they have an voice printed of the representative and my conversation, which I have not recieved a copy of. The voice print is the copy of me giving my personal checking information, not the representative selling the entire promotional offer.

I feel that I am a victim by fraud of this company. And they need to be put on notice. I would like to recieve my $150.00 back from this company. Because their promotional offer was fraudulent.

On May 4, 2005 I received a call from an Representative Frank of Interface Management representting First Inet Online Group Corporation, who offered to refund my money of $150.00. Frank was very gracious and respectful regarding this unfortunate incident. Frank indicated he'll put my refund check in the mail on May 5, 2005, minus the $35.00 for cancellation expense. Thanks
