First National Business Network ripoff false informations unauthorized withdrawal from bank account Clearwater Florida
Was contacted by phone and talked live with an operator who offered to try services with this credit company for 7 days. He promised he would send info the next day so I could review them and make a decision.
Talked about a $ 4.95 intial fee and $ 19.95 a month if I decided to stay.
When I agreed they transfered me to an automated service to confirm. Same info where confirmed.
I waited nothing came into the mail. 2 days after the phone call I was charged $ 4.95, 5 days later $ 399.95.
I called and was told that I agreed to the charges. The charge of $ 399.95 was never mentioned to me, however it was now showing on the tape they had.
I know I was never told during the automated call. Also they told me that I was never told that I was going to receive something in the mail and that my saying so was only hearsay. After an hour long debate they told me they were transferin the situation to the refund dept. and to call the next day. I did and only got an answering machine. Nobody contacted me since. I kept calling and no answer.
I'm afraid to see more charge coming into my account.
