First National Card Ripoff YES TO CLASS ACTION!
These guys deserve revenge and I'd like to second the motion for a class-action suit. Yes, everything may seem too good to be true when you get one of these offers, but that does not excuse the fact that they're crooks. When I called for more information, LaGresha pressured me to sign up "risk-free," and once she had me on the fence, she persuaded me to post-date a $200 check, assuring me I could change my mind at anytime. In a nutshell they lied.
I changed my mind in less than 24 hrs. and called them back, only to be blasted by some surly jerk who said he would not refund my money - PERIOD.
It was not until I told him I was calling my Bank that he backed down ... But now I'm left to dispute this charge with my bank and it's a time-consuming headache.
I IMPLORE ALL OF YOU TO TALE ACTION AGAINST THIS SHAMELESS SO-CALLED COMPANY. First National Card should be in jail. FYI: Their "address": PO Box 46101 Las Vegas NV 89114-6101
