If you haven't used the card but you are being told that you have a balance check the terms of your card. Some credit cards have a monthly fee if you don't use them or if you don/t hold a certain balance on them. In other-words look at your cardholder agreement and find out if your card has a monthly fee associated with it, in the case that it does pay off your balance and cancel the card if you aren't going to use it.

There's NO POINT in trying to explain anything to you. Judging from your continuous run on sentences and zero punctuation, you won't understand a thing. Next time borrow some third grader to write a report for you. The know such basic English and grammar.
