First Premier Bank Ripoff, Thiefs, Liars ripoff business from hell Sioux Falls South Dakota
My Husband and I both obtained credit cards form First Premier Bank. We had never applied for these cards, one day we just got them in the mail. When we called to hear their pitch the only information thay had correct was our names and address. Mothers Maiden Name, Birthdate, etc were incorrect.
My Husbands credit limit was $250, after all the fees assesed he had an available credit of $75. My card was for $500 and I also only had $75 available, which was kind of odd. Well my card had been stolen and it took 5 requests for me to get a new card. It was at this time we decided not to business with this bank. We had been making payments but some how our balance was never going down so after a while we quit making payment.
Within 3 months our accounts were assigned to Account Receiving Management which is First Premiers Collection Agency. I was told they bought our accounts from First Premier. My husband now owes $429 for a $250 card and I owe $768 for a $500 card. We have tried to speak to this company and the people are VERY RUDE.
If they do not like what you are saying they will say "I do not like you'r tone of voice" and will terminate the call. Funniest thing of all they will not make payment arrangments they say it has to be a lump payment done over the phone. Must not want their money that bad. National Bank of Marin had to reach a settlemnt and pay thousands of customers hundreads of dollars, it should be the same in this case. FIRST PREMIER BANK IS A RIPOFF!!!!!
