I paid my credit card on time and in full every time-  on May10, 2012 I lost my debit card ending in 9*** and received a new debit card (new debit card ending #9***) from with financial institution.

I paid my First Premier bank credit card off @ $301.33 with my new debit ending #9253 on May17, 2012 and on May18, 2012 First Premier frozen my credit card account due to I made 3 payment within 90 days with 3 differ account# ****; **** & ****.

I had my financial institution fax information stating I was the authorized users for all 3 account.

First Premier say the information provide was not 'good enough' and they need more documents stating I am the authorized user.

My financial institution has provided the same documents again. And First Premier still will not released the funds.

- You accounted for 2 different numbers, what about the 3rd?

You are dealing with a Sub-Prime Credit Card, and one of the bottom of the barrel cards that I don't think decline anyone regardless of how screwed up a person's credit is.  As a result they are going to have much tighter terms to their account to reduce their risk as much as possible.

I have never used FP, so I can't speak about them taking Debit Cards, but I can't recall a credit card that accepts debit cards for payments.  Most use your Checking Account number not Debit Card number to process through an ACH transaction.  So in these cases loosing a debit card should not have affected your payments at all.

Did they state that they are permanently going to hold the funds?  Or is this a case where they are only going to hold it for additional time and you are just trying to get it released quicker?  Have you asked them what they need?
