When "Rocky" sold me this piece of equipment he assured me that I would have it in 14-21 days as stated in the company policy for new equipment. After a painful negotiation to get this price down to what I would pay if ordering from Amazon, I agreed to pay the price due to the lifetime extended warranty. Now I'm concerned that if I ever get the equipment how difficult will it be to make a claim.
I have called and emailed customer service several time without a return call or email. If you push #2 to get the department with questions for delivery, they never answer and you can't leave a message. If you dial #1 to get the sales department they will answer every time so I asked to speak to someone and before I could get out my full question I was transfered to some answering machine where I left a message without a return phone call.
Bottom line, Jim "Super Gym" Rosen is not offering good services at all. It's all about the sale. I paid cash for $2550.00 piece of equipment and have never received it, have had no follow up for my questions, and I'm concerned if I will ever get it. I could have ordered off of Amazon for $50 less and reviews that their equipment arrived in 10 days. Therefore STAY AWAY from this site if you can because even if you do happen to negotiate a fair price, this will be the last time you speak to ANYONE at this company about your purchase. Once the cash register rings, you are not important anymore.
