Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is by far pretty much the worst finance company or so called lender to deal with if you have an auto loan. They treat their customers like dog doo doo. Had I have known that this company would be like, I would have never signed a contract with honda to finance my civic. They call you even if you are JUST a day late on your payment. I spoke with a so called account representative named Monique, who basically told me may car would repossessed even just after 31 days, completely rude and has no manners, kept talking over me, and blind transferred me to a supervisor. Told the supervisor I would email Kelly who is the complaints specialist for this company. Spoke with another rep 10 months earlier by the name of Monica, same exact thing. If you also ask to speak with a supervisor they blind transfer you over to another customer service or collections agent who isn't. The representatives are extremely rude and hang right up on you or transfer you to someone else with no permission. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure in a couple months I can either get refinanced through another lender or trade my car in all together to get rid of these monsters. If you finance a car with these idiots, i strongly urge you DONT!

Why can't YOU let it go and GO AWAY!

Like I said before if you don't agree with my posting MOVE THE F* ON already. You don't know what my credit situation is, you don't have any clue as far as why I have been late with payments to these people or if I have at all.  I actually have decent credit, this was due to a hardship issue upon losing half of my income and a job. OF COURSE theres gonna be some late payments that occur when that happens, but you seem to miss the point of that which I have already mentioned in the last posting, if you had read it. I'm sure you may have been in a similar situation in that case and have had to make late payments as well yourself too. Nobodys perfect buddy! This company lies about the contractual policies which are in writing and I have gotten different answers each time as far as how to make a payment, where to make a payment and so on.  But this is all probably because you have a small brain and a small p***s as well. And I can believe that YES you do work for the company or have worked for them maybe in the past. This is the last time I choose to respond

Some people just don't get it

You can't even let it go, even after I tell you it isn't about spelling errors you can't let go an error I made.  Of course at the same time you are totally ignoring the ones you made.   I don't have a problem with what you posted, I am just attempting to make it clear as to why this is NOT a RipOff.  If you actually read my report you would also notice how I told you to get out from under these people...to make your payments on-time and pay them off.  But if you think you are going to be able to refinance or trade-in your way out of this, you are just dreaming.  As any other lender you will get is probably going to be worse.  So when you do be sure you ask them about their policy for late payments, ask them how long you can be late before they reposess the car.  Also, make sure that they do not require a GPS tracking device that will disable your car upon a missed payment.

It is obvious you just will never get it.  Probably by choice, as it is often easier to blame everyone else for your issues than to actually take responsibility. As such it really isn't beneficial to try and get you to see reality any longer so hope everything works out for you.

By the way when you do report me, be sure to let them know that I posted WHY you are in this situation and YOU were the one who made it personal by saying that was uneducated because of a spelling error...even when you have many...many..many errors yourself.  Be sure to let them know that I made it very clear that this report is not about spelling errors but about you being with a Sub-Prime lender who is more agressive to make sure they hold you to the legal obligation YOU made to get THEIR  money back.

Oh and no I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other finance company.

More educated than your dumbA#$!

If you have a problem with what I have posted, don't bother repsonding.  This is a free country and I am entitled to put whatever I want to online on this site about anyone I choose to as long as I am not threatning anyone, I can do that. And yes I am educated I will soon be graduating college with a MA in communications. Unlike you who can't spell that correct word of bored!  I'm sure if you had this company and am dealing with them like I have dealt with them, you would do the same thing. But once again as I have already mentioned you probably work for them. Now you can leave me alone or I will contact the site administrator that you are harrassing me for no reason.

There is an old saying that basically starts with "Those in Glass Houses....".

So it is very funny that you claim to be an educated person and one who does not "mispell" your words.  Of course you misSpelled...that one very important word(among others).

Also, I thought you had a Civic, so I am not sure what a "may" car is.  Could you please enlighten us.  Oh and if you don't know what I am referring to please look at what you wrote here...

I spoke with a so called account representative named Monique, who basically told me may car would repossessed even just after 31 days

Now, you see just like it doesn't matter the reason your credit is how it is.  It doesn't matter if there are a couple of misspelled words.  Unlike you who is actually going after a personal attack, I am just giving you the facts of your situation, it is just too bad you don't see why these comments are actually there to help you.

Because as I said before the reason you are with a Sub-Prime lender doesn't matter, you can make excuse after excuse how you had one issue or another and your case is so much different than others.  It does not change the fact that you have failed to show you can handle credit.

So you see if you continue to blame the lender for things such as trying to hold you to the legal agreement you made, you will continue down this sub-prime road for many years to come.   Because as long as you continue the "oh they are so rude"...this is where you will be.

I am serious ,correction to previous rebuttal

Ok, well the one thing that is happening here which you know absolutely didly squat about is that I am NOT bored, and that I am an educated individual who actually knows not to actually mispell my words in a rebuttal. Second thing is that I would not be posting this on rip off report, if it did not feel passionately about the service I have experienced with this company. While I respectfully disagree with your response back and that you have a right to your views, you really do not know the whole situation and my credit at all.  Sub prime lender or not, it does not make a difference. You treat people with respect and no one has the right to be bullied over the phone. Period!  This a customer service issue and not about what kind of credit I have. I have actually had on time payments except for one period of time due to hardship and not because I do not want to pay my car payment with this company. I'm guessing you work for this company and also YOU must be bored since you have the time to look at my original posting and write up a meaningless rebuttal to it.

Peace out.

Wrong wrong and wrong. And yes I am serious

You are not serious

There are two things going on here.  Either you are not serious and just posting this because you are board or you are proving exactly why you are with a Sub-Prime lender.  On the chance that it is the later there are a few things you need to know.

First of all you are with a Sub-Prime lender meaning that you have not proven you can handle credit.  As such no regular creditor will touch you with a 10 foot pole.  Now, the reason you have bad credit doesn't matter.

As such because you haven't proven you can handle credit, they are going to be a lot more agressive to make sure you meet your obligation.  A day late is still late.  So yes this includes if you are a day late that you are going to get called.  In fact, many times don't be surprised if they call you BEFORE your due date to remind you of the up coming payment.

The same goes for reposession, technically they could reposess your car for being just a day late, and many sub-prime lenders will reposess your car for being only a few days late.  There is even a subset of lenders who put a device on your car that actually disables it the day you are late until you pay.  So if they are giving you 31 days, consider yourself very lucky.

You want to get rid of these "monsters" then make your payments on-time, every time and meet the legal obligation you agreed to.  But based on what you wrote here, don't think for a minute you are going to be able to refiance or trade in this car to get rid of them.  Because you are probably so "underwater" no legitimate fianance company is going to allow you to do that.
