Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am a Sole Prop with a small business that I am liquidating.  On January 9 and 10 I sold over $7000 worth of my raw materials (jewelry beads) to numeroous purchasers at the Winter Bead Show sponsored by the Baltiomore Bead Society.  I processed a little over $3100 of those sales through Flint.com, and then was informed through the app that I had exceeded my $3000 monthly limit and could not use the app any more.  Fine.  I did the remaining charges through my Square account.

The day following the week end sales, I visited the Flint site and found that they did not show that any bank account was linked.  This was a surprise, as I had pricessed other payments through Flint.com in 2015 and been paid.  Anyway, I simply entered my acct. info again.  And then I waited.

It has now been a full month sisnce those transactions, and in that time I have recieved neither my money nor any repsonse from Flint to my numerous inquiries as to why my money has not been sent to my bank.

In the course of my pursuit of these finds, Flint opened an 'investigation' into my account, which they are entitled to do.  the fiirst set of questions they sent to me included the requirement that I forward to them my tax returns from 2013 and 2014!

Basically, their set of questions was of the kind I would expect from a bank to which I had applied for a major personal loan.  I did not send tax returns.  I objected to the request for them.  Flint sent a secoond set of questions, without the tax return requirement.  I answered every question truthfully to the full extent of my ability.

Shortly thereater, Flint informed me I did not meet their standards, citing some adverse credit reports. I cannot see what my financial difficulties have to do with whether I am an honest processor of credit card transactions, but that's there business, so fine, I got canceled.

But they HAVE NEVER SENT ME MY $3100 !However, they have never sent me my $3100!  They have never told me WHY they have not sent me my money.  In fact, I cannot get any useful reponse out of them at all, despite at least 5 chat sessions and the submission of two 'Tickets.'

Now they have taken down the Chat option on their site.  There is no way to call them.  Only tickets remains.  Those appear to be useless.

As far as I can see, there is no recourse at all for an innocent and honest user to overcome this high-handed and one-sided 'Investigation' process.

Unless you can figure out how to sue and then appear in Small Claims Court in Redwood City, say good-bye to your money.

One complaint I read on this site said that Flint told the poor user they had refunded all his transactions to the buyers.  So the guy was out the things he had delivered, and had nowhere to go.  At least he knew each buyer and if the buyer's were honest, he might be able to get them to pay him directly.

I do not know my buyers at the bead show, who were numerous and not known to me.  I have no recourse at all.  Anybody know a nice lawyer in Redwood City who'd likek to represent me?  From the many complaints to this effect I have seen on other sites, there's gotta be a class action suit in here somewhere.  How about treble damages and attorneyy's fees, guys.  Let's GET THESE GUYS.
