On January 5th, 2017 I placed an order for 2 Magnetic Phone Cables. I found the items via a Facebook advert that I had seen multiple times in my feed. I clicked the link and was then directed to a 3rd party website. I placed the items I wanted in my cart and clicked to check out. I was taken to Shopify where my order was processed and payment was made via PayPal. I was fully aware at this time that the order would take 2 to 4 weeks to process and ship.

January 31st, 2017. I received an email advising me my order had been shipped via DHL. Instead of tracking information, the words "Letter Mail" were displayed. Clicking the link took me to the DHL website where the following information was displayed:

"NO RESULTS

We wish to inform you that a number of packages may experience delayed or missing tracking information. Continue to check this tracking page for the latest update. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause."

I have tried multiple times to reach someone within the company. I cannot find a telephone number or an alternate email. The only email I had for them was [email protected]. What follows is a list of attempts to contact them. 

February 7, 2017 - Email - No Response

February 16, 2017 - Facebook - Received a response February 23rd advising me to contact via email.

February 23, 2017 - Facebook - Told them I had already tried email but got no response. Message was seen with no response

February 24, 2017 - Email - No Response

February 25, 2017 - Email - No Response

February 26, 2017 - Email - No Response

February 27, 2017 - Email - No Response

February 28, 2017 - Email - No Response
 
March 1, 2017 - Email - No Response

In the midst of all of this, I even contact DHL to see if they could help. They could not help me. 

From what I am seeing, this company is a sham that has been getting away with being a sham for a very long time. Granted, I should have done my research, But they should not make a profit from blatant scamming. In addition to this report, I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am also going to attempt to seek reimbursement through PayPal. I will update when the matter is resolved.
