Florida Center of Corporations 4650 SW 51 Street Trying to make me pay for something I already did with the state. Tricked me using a document number and like a fee was owed to the State of Florida davie, Florida
I Received a bootleg letter from "Florida Center of Corporations" claiming that I "have one step left to complete articles of incorporation" and obtain my "certified document." I recently filed for an S Corp and registered with the State of Florida. The letter has an invoice for $45.72 and claims that I must pay this in order to become certified and complete my company registration with the State of Florida. There are no seals. The post mark is out of Davie, Florida. What out!!!
