Florida Gunworks ripoff failure to supply items ordered Miami Florida
I am currently working in Iraq so its not like I just want this stuff for giggles, this is needed equipment.
I wanted this order sent to an APO address and Florida gunworks in their shipping policy states they ship to APOs.
July 02 2004 recieved email confirming reciept of order and payment via credit card of 1x HK 91 G3 Steel Claw Scope Mount and 1x 3-12X50E RANGEFINDER WITH GREEN LENSE & RINGS
Total: $264.00 including postage
August 06 2004 sent email requesting status of order as not recieved.
August 08 2004 recieved email order shipped please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
August 11 2004 recieved email saying order reshipped as recieved back undeliverable ???
being sent by USPS Priority mail tomorrow.
October 7 email sent .....wheres my stuff?
October 8 recieved email
"I just looked into the order and saw that is was shipped back on 8/11 to the address listed on your order on 8/30 it was returned to us with a "NOT ISG" message. We have been holding it for you all we need is a corrected or alternate address to re-ship it to you. I will send you the original label so you can see what went wrong.
HMMMM ok great youve been holding this stuff for 2 months and didnt email me and let me know .
October 08 email sent, please ship to ........Address or fedex and charge me the extra shipping to ......Address.
31 October email sent please confirm you resent my order to the address I confirmed.
November 04 email recieved ,never recieved your confirmed address.
November 04 email recieved, disregard last email we did recieve your confirmed address and will see if the FEDEX option is available. or will forward a tracking number in the morning.
30 November email sent, confirm order sent and forward tracking number or recredit my credit card as I cant wait any longer and have found a supplier who shipped needed products and I recieved in 10 days to same address given to you .
At this stage no email reply and no recredits to my account .
Attempted to phone and sort matter out but no phone number on website.
Contacted directory assistance to locate a phone number ..... none listed.
found an NRA website with advertisment for FGW and a contact number supplied ...... phoned number .....disconnected.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF
DO NOT GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID

Karl and Myrna Taylor, and a guy named Mohamed, are listed on the florida secretary of state's webiste as the owners of this business. karl and myrna and married and in their early 30s. (31 and 33) and live in the miami area. Any good attorney should be able to find a special process server and bring them to court in the jurisdiction in which you live. I'm sure if they have to appear in Texas or Nevada in 30 days and they fail to appear, BATF would revoke thier license if you can get a default judgement against them. So I don't see them risking that. just my two cents.

I took the time to email the supposed owner after he made comments about this site being not reliable . he stated that anyone having some complaints should email him at his aol account. did that got a reply along the lines of storm damage working off generators will ship asap new managment all the same excuses. a few more emails ands still nothing a few more emails and then they told me it was being shipped and would send me the shipping number shortly. last i ever heard from them . sent them more emails and still nothing. If someone wants to dispute this claim ....ie an employee of the company i will quite happily post every single email i have sent and also every single email i recieved from the company onto this site. Please Florida Gunworks owners put in a rebuttal and see what happens. being just a little bit smart I managed to keep all the emails , however i was just a little bit dumb by ordering from this company. its kind of sad really because as a project manager in Iraq i just ordered and recieved over $30,000 worth of equipment and recieved nothing but great service from another company. Florida Gunworks catch me once ....shame on you . catch me twice ....shame on me.

still no reply from numerous emails and phone calls to disconnected numbers managed to find one number and got connected to someone at home who has no idea about any company called florida gunworks. Although doing a search I discovered that florida Gunworks is also spelt Florida Gun Works on rip off report . Perhaps both pages can be linked together somehow.
