Florist Concierge deceptive, misleading Orlando Florida
This company called my store several times to place orders, at first they used their credit card but after a few orders they asked to be able to pay at the end of the month. In good faith, Florist to Florist I allowed them to do that. Several orders later and tons of phone calls, emails, etc.. Nothing, when I pretened to be a customer I would get someone on the phone to take my order of course, after I explained to whomever answered it they would tell me to call back in an hour or so and Kristin would be in to give me a credit card, or sometimes they would put me on hold and not come back to the phone. After awhile they told me Kristin was let go for not paying the bills and gave me another name, they never paid either. Disgusting people.. And it's not just the owners it's also the people who work for them, they were very well trained in how to handle other upset owners looking for there money. I was informed more than once, I was not the only store calling for money.. Why so deceitful. After a while they put a block on my phone number so they wouldn't have to answer me at all. Companies like this should not be allowed to have a business license. No license no business. Why can't they be charged with fraud.
