AVOID Flower Delivery Express - Commerce Township, MI -- I ordered 38 yellow roses for my our 38th anniversary (an annual tradition) for delivery to wife's office. They sent 30 instead of the 38 I paid for, and even screwed up the card. They even spelled my name wrong! Bad, but not the end of the world, so I tried to call their "customer service". I called three different times, wanting only an adjustment for the roses I didn't get. I was passed around, each time holding longer. The last time I held for over 49 minutes, then was disconnected!
I emailed them twice with detailed information. They ignored me until I got an email that someone would contact me. They never did. As a result of all of this, I emailed them again, informing them that I was going to dispute the entire charge with Discover card. Eventually, they responded to Discover saying that they would offer me a small adjustment, but that they HAD NO RECORD OF ANY COMPLAINT!!! Good Lord! Worst customer service in the history of the world! I would not trust this company to send flowers to my dog! Call a local florist in the town where they are to be delivered (look up florists in the destination town on Google). You'll be glad you did!
