FMA Alliance Two reps would not give their names. I asked for a supervisor who identified himself as AK Perez. Harrassing phone calls Houston Texas
Received a call from 281.670.1572 from a woman who was mean and not forth coming on what she wanted. Stated she had a message to call me at this number. When I asked who she was and wanted she refused her name and wanted Pamela to respond to an inquiry. She would not answer any questions for me so I hung up. I called back and got another woman who did the same thing then asked for a supervisor. She transferred me to a man who actually told me he was calling on behalf of a hospital bill. The first rep lied. They have called my friends threatening to sue them and stated a crime had been committed.
