FMW Labratories/ ReservatrolFMW Labratories/ Reservatrol Ultra after cancelling order rep lied about cancellation and card was recharged 3 days later Hollywood Florida
! ordered online the supplements 5/11/09 approx. 9:00pm. Received order on 5/14/09 for 30 day supply of Reservatrol & Acai Berry supplement. On 5/26/09 I saw that my card was charged 87.13 plus 2.61 foreign transaction charge for each supplement. This charge was pending on my Debit acct.Called company and cancelled order that morning, received automated cancellation acceptance. Tried to call conpany and after repeated busy signals and after seemingly reaching them, 20 minutes on hold I left for work.
That afternoon at my workplace I finally spoke with John(not real name but since his name was unpronouceable he asked to be called John) of customer service. He told me that I ordered the product on 5/11/09 and there was a 15 day free trial and it was too late to return. I did not have the policy in front of me so I could not argue with him and hung up.
The next day I called to check info and found out that the order was shipped on 5/12/09 and according to their policy I had until 5/27/09 to return supplement for full refund. I spoke with Crystal (again not actual name but name she said I should call her) and after several attempts to explain to her their policy which I was reading from the web site at the time, she agreed to send my request to the refund dept. and was told I would take a few days to receive it. I asked for a Return Merchandise Auth. # and twice was told it would not be necessary. 5/29 charge was gone 6/01/09 back on statement.
