Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

By week nine, we realized that they would not accept responsibility and we had now lost 5 weeks of sales. I sent several emails to their president, asking for some kind of satisfaction.  He too began dodging our requests.  So, reluctantly we had no choice but to pay the final payment and shut it down until we could figure out how to fix all the problems they left us with.  The shopping cart was too small to handle the future supplement s we had planned to sell as an affiliate, lost sales.  In fact, we had to eventually replace the cart completely.  Another example was the sign up for newsletter button  that was never hooked up and did not function.  All websites have a functioning newsletter sign up to build sales.  They knew this, however, left the work unfinished.  One of the order buttons did not work properly and the small type over the two books shown on the home page was not done correctly. Sign up newsletter not hooked up to any management system and a cart that was so small and basic that it didnt even account for taxes, let alone anything else.  To add insult to injury, they billed us for the hosting and SEO which was never provided.  No discounts were ever offered, nor did we ever receive even an apology for all the grief and taking more than twice the amount of time agreed to in the contract, which was 30 days, and leaving items unfinished.  The $2,000.00 paid for the website design was our entire budget.  Our only recourse was to try and fix everything ourselves, which we are still in the process of doing with our limited technical skills and budget.  We even ran into one problem after another just getting our Merchant Service hooked up and running.  Our credit card rep, Brendan at Flagship, said hes never encountered problems like this before.  So, it wasnt just us.  Its been a disaster from start to finish.

Forescene web solution operate in very deceptive and misleading business practice.  Even after signing a contract with forescene web, they had idiotic policy which restricted our ability to directly communicate with the/our designer.

Forescene web solution required us to use a message board to communicate with our project program director, however the message board had a giant loop hole for ignoring or not even acknowledging our comments and questions we would post.  After bringing this problem to the program director's attention, we continuously tried to bring up the unanswered/ignored comments and questions to have them resolved, but we still could not talk to  the designer who was never available in the office to speak with whenever we would call.

After several weeks of trying to resolve this matter on the message board Forescene web solution provided us to use to communicate and document our project's website ideas and features.  We had gotten the president involved to finally speak with our designer.

We were sure that after doing tons of research on the company and their clients we felt convinced with their portfolio that they would do a great job for our project however they sure did teach us a very valuable lesson,.. don't trust a designer that you cant speak with directly otherwise your gonna spend 2-3 weeks trying to communicate ideas that would normally be understood  in a few minutes over the phone.

ForeScene Studio & makingideaswork & Whirlwind Media Services were bought by Tie Technologies Company ....all of them are a scam!

ForeScene Web Studio was taken over along with Whirlwind Media Services and makingideaswork! by  Tie Technologies Company.  The owner of Forescene web did not inform me of the merger but yet insisted on payments even though progress was not shown.  He said they decided to work on the "back end" and thats why there was nothing to "show".

When I made numerous calls to the owner of Forescene and got no response, my calls were finally returned by the the prior president of Makingideaswork!, who was put in charge of handling clients from Forescene when the merger occurred.

The prior president of Makingideaswork! was now working for Tie Technologies under Whirlwind Media MS. He insisted that we meet in person to go over the progress of the project.  So, I did as soon as possible, anxious to see the progress (after 6+ months).  When I arrived he said that he left the documents and stuff at his home office in another state. He had me walk him through every detail of the site so that he had an understanding of it....which was 3 hours of my time.  He then said that my project was grossly under estimated by Forescene and that in order for any advancement, I needed to pay him more money.  Reluctantly I did, thinking that my project was in limbo and there was really no other option.  I wrote the check out to MakingideasWork, which was the company he SAID took over Forescene (thought it was not).  What he was doing was stealing money from clients and pocketing it.  I have initiated a lawsuit against them but they are ignoring my lawyers letters and calls.

Stay far far away from these people.  They are very skilled manipulative liers.

The client changed the scope of the project and did not agree to the additional fees for the additional features requested. Unfortunately, we do not work for free.

What we asked from forescene was entirely in the scope of our already paid budget, sales men over promised and delivered only a nightmare.

we paid for flash but instead went with j query slides (cutting time/expense)

3 books were on the project list, we only used 2 again cutting our project.(again cutting cost)

our entire website is a eCommerce  for fitness  ebooks.

along with the many other things that was forgotten or ignored, at the end, they forgot to make the sign up page on the site and when we pointed that out, they gave us a broken script and a form that went to no where.

fired the forescene designer after so many problems but they still billed us for SEO and Hosting that we never even received. insult to injury

20 other designers have looked and reviewed the site, after collecting all their reviews and gathering their input they all said the site was done by a amateur with all the mistakes that needed to be redone..
the minimum cost of fixing the problems is going to be $1,000.00 which is why we asked for the charge back..

We continue to care about each of our clients projects as if it was our own. We strive to provide excellent client service and we always go above and beyond to make our clients happy.

We are not bad people only looking to say bad things about Forescene, their problem runs deeper than just the designer making mistakes and when you point it out them, not only will it seem like they blame u for the problem but they want to stick a bill in your face for them to fix it.

read everything that has happened to use and judge for yourself if you want to get this kind of service from forescene . forewarned

good luck.

This is an unfortunate case of Sour Grapes. We go above and beyond for all our clients as we always have, even in this case.

The client changed the scope of the project and did not agree to the additional fees for the additional features requested. Unfortunately, we do not work for free.

The client tried to do a credit card charge back. Their credit card provider sided with us after reviewing all the notes and facts regarding this project.

We continue to care about each of our clients projects as if it was our own. We strive to provide excellent client service and we always go above and beyond to make our clients happy.
