P.o.boxes used for forrentnocreditcheck and visnova us

We just went by the address that is listed for forrentnocreditcheck luxury apartments and we just got confirmation that 1330 avenue of the Americas is just a p.o.box! You can call this number to confirm that this is all FAKE! (212) 653-0700.

They just receive mail here no employees no office just an address. The company that signs the lease visnova is also operating out of a p.o.box 8600 westpark dr houston texas 77063 no employees no office just a small box to receive mail. So we started checking around and the IP address that is showing is pulling up at a residential home.

(((REDACTED))) houston texas (((REDACTED))) and when you google this you find it's with a family called van kalsi. If you google van kalsi you will see all the scams she is involved in. We then used tineye to check the authentication for lindsey james with for rent no credit check is a FAKE!!

"Confirmation that this is Visnova by their response to me.....Yea! Beware of bad business practices” forrentnocreditcheck.com scam alert for this business!! Lindsey is a fake name! Using Fake information to get you approved. Spoke to apartment management and they are investigating them. Van Mcguire Kalsi and Sunita Kalsi is Lindsey's name.

They are running the scam out of a home in Houston texas. All the addresses are fake! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION TO FORRENTNOCREDITCHECK.COM OR VISNOVA.US The reviews are all fake!! If you google Van Mcguire Kalsi you will see all the scams she is involved in. If you google Naved Jafry Houston Texas you will see they tried to rip off HUD housing but got caught!!

All I can say is that if my rent came back NSF there is a good reason and Visnova is being sued for their illegal eviction under California State Law. Lindsey, your company knows who my attorney is and thank you for confirming that this is the scam company that is now being reported to the FBI. BTW, if you pay tenants rent, do it on time and not have your tenant have to call you to remind you to pay it. Then charge your tenant a late fee for your screw up. See you in court and you're stuck with this eviction, not me! You know my attorney and my contact info. @me bro,

They work with a company called Visnova who will take your deposit from you and never pay it back. They also make threats and insult you any chance they can when they screw up. Don't be fooled by this company as they are the ones that are most likely VIsnova and have a working relationship with a poor excuse for a company. They will retaliate too like they did against us.

Update: 5/19/2019 - Go to Rip Off Report and search "Sunita kalsi van mcguire kalsi - houston" and your going to understand what this organization is all about. Explains why by Jan it was apparent they had no qualified people processing anything. Trying to blame an NSF on me that was caused by their lack of admin knowledge is classical. You guys are a piece of work. Time is not on your side guys! I guess getting any compensation out of these characters is useless.

Do not trust this company referrals and resources! They are s/w developers and scam artist that are family and try their best to make things go smoothly. They know legal loopholes as you being an occupant only inside of one of their leased units to you.

Buyer beware and understand that not all outcomes are bad but mine is and is getting worse today. I have contacted authorities both local a federal to bring attention to this type of predatory business practice in hopes that these types of programs can work but be regulated also.

Not saying you should not explore this option if you need to just know that its risky and may have negative outcomes of which your not at fault.

They don't care about your situation just your money and it's threw PayPal so you can't get your money back and They DONT GET YOU APARTMENT.SCAM if you need serious help quick DONT PAY them 100$
