Fortis Homes webpage and sellers false advertising Lies
Fortis Homes webpage and sellers told us that our community would have a pool in the Spring of 2002 (this was Sept. 00).
in the Fall of 01 after pressing this issue we were told that there would be no pool. I feel this is false advertising.
We bought a home there largely to be in a pool community. We have neighbors that were also told this, and scheduled a meeting with a Fortis and Homeowners representative.
Basically everone passed the buck and we were told they could not agree on a location (we were given a location in '00 and now there is a house there!!) Fortis' business practices are deceptive, I can't stress more to GET IT IN WRITING.
Even when it seems like a small detail. We are continuing to press this issue, but we are getting nowhere fast!
