For one thing, if you would have actually opened the package as most people would do when they order something, you would have seen the return instructions. They specifically state that you need to call and get a return authorization number prior to returning the course. This way it is a very easy and fast return process. Without that return number, it does cause delays in the process. Have you even tried calling the customer service number to find out what happened? And for Fortune Builder, they are somewhat of a partner company of Carleton Sheets, and as they do also offer a 30 day trial, Carleton offers it along with the No Down Payment course, because it is a great supplement. However, Carleton Sheets has nothing to do with Fortune Builders cancellations or billing, and if you would have called the cs department when you returned your order, they do make sure you have all the information you need to discontinue that service without being billed. And I would also suggest you look at your credit card statement and see who it was that billed you, it would either be PEI or Fortune Builder, not both. They do not bill together. Please get your facts straight before disputing something like this.
