I ordered 2 times at this company for (in total) around 3400 USD of products and they send me fake and not working products.
The first order is 1347.80 USD and already paid by us (June 28) and already shipped to us (not working and fake)
The second order 1938.50 USD is already paid by us (July, 10) and not yet shipped to us
I want to return the first order and want to cancel the second order.
And I want a refund of the paid money.
But the representative of this Chinese company does not reply on my emails anymore.
I cannot contact this company at all.
