Fox Moving & Storage Company Fraudently Charges Nashville Tennessee
We recently used Fox Moving & Storage this past weekend for a move in Nashville TN. The mover did an excellent job. But I would suggest that NO one give them their credit card info if they cannot provide a credit card swipe machine for use on the spot and obtain a receipt right then and there. BEWARE!!!!!! Our credit card was information was used for other charges that had nothing to do with moving charges or expenses. Not sure who committed this fraud but this incident certainly made me aware of giving or writing down my credit card information on any company paperwork since you are never sure who hands this may fall into. This experience really damper the moving experience after the fact. Will I ever use them again, not sure. Hopefully I want have to move anytime soon. Hopefully Fox Moving mangement or owner will see the importance of upgrading to a system where their customers can maybe charge or swipe their credit cards on the spot without having to give their credit card information to the mover or dispatcher .
