Fox Valley Pest Control will lie to get your money ripoff Elburn Illinois
My report is on a company out of Elburn, Il named Fox Valley Pest Control; in which I had come for a pest problem several months ago.
In my age you usally let things go but they crossed the line on several different things.
First of all the gentle man who answered the phone claimed that the person coming out was university trained, implying Phd,BA, ect. When I spoke to the person who came out he said the training was a simple mail-in class at a local college. If thats what is considered university trained I'm afraid to go back to the doctor.
Second the prices they wanted to charge me were 4x as much as everyone else and the reason they gave me is that it came with a warranty. A warranty that only covered a pecentage of the work.
Last thing they tried to do is find problems that didn't exsist, ie: told me I had potentional for serious problems
Please use my advise and stay away.
