After reading about your transaction, I certainly won't make excuses. I'll simply say "I'm Sorry". Growing pains caused us a few opportunities to overcome with organizational skills around the time that you purchases your vehicle. Thank you! For sharing your experiance with Frank Myers Auto Maxx, I was thinking about going up to Winston to trade in my Van with this dearlership (because I hate being with Drive Time- the Biggest RipOff Company of all times!!). I do not desire to go from the frying pan into a flame of fire. Guess I will just keep searching.

I too have been taken for a ride by Frank Myers Auto Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC. I am still fighting these people to have repairs done to my car.
