Frankie Welshiemer SCAM, sends people checks or paypal then scams the money back, ripoff Canoga Park California
This guy sent me paypal first of all. I always wait until my funds clear to my bank account before shipping. The funds did not clear and was reversed back to him because he told me that Paypal said there was someone using his account. So Paypal suspected fruadulent charges on his account.
He then aggreed to send me a check, he sent a qchex for $365.99. I got the check on april 27 or so, and I wait 14 days for all checks to clear. So today I checked my bank statement and the funds he sent me from the check had bounced. So he tried to scam me 2 times 2 different ways. At least for my end I only ship when payments clear.
