In December 2007 I brought a ever star wine cooler at Home Depot distributed by Franklin Chef Industries which carried a one year warranty. In May 2008 the winer cooler was broken. I contacted the company in July after many obstacles in getting to locate them. Franklin chef sent two companies to do the repair. Both company came up with two different diagnosis. Sears the first of the two said it was the motor and shipped two motors to my house. To date both motors are sitting idly in my basement. The second company an A&S said it was a blockage in the line which all the units of that particular model was having. I have spoken to a number of people at FranklinChef Industries which include a John, Kurt, Taneshia, Lashara and a Sandra Carter who said she was the supervisor. Lashara was very rude, unprofessional and would appear to be the big bad wolf of them all. She would not listen to what I have to say and hang the phone up, when I tried to get my point accross, she also had the nerve to be yelling and screaming at me. John on the other hand is always promising to call back and not one time has he live up to his words. The lastest thing John told me is for the past three weeks the new unit is on a truck although I live in Queens and the company's headquaters is based in Brooklyn NY.
