Franklin collection/Brittany Thomas and co. Threatening and ignorant Tupelo Mississippi
First of all I a lot of health issues and cannot get insurance because of pre existing conditions. They have all flat out denied me. I have a lot of medical bills And ssometimes they get sent to a collection agency . When they call each one has always been nice and courteous. Well I got a phone call one day and it was Framklin Collection agency Right off the batt they were rude condescending and threating. I told them I could only do 50.00 dollars a month right now well they said they couldn't except because not enough. Have u ever heard anything so nuts in your life. They also kept threatening me about how they have a lawsuit against and proceed even though I offered payment. Well I ended up workin something out. Well my husnand just lost his job. So I called them and told them the situation and her response was well Since u r not makin payments now we will continue with lawsuit. Could have said sorry to hear lets work out something but I get rudeness and threats thrown back at me. I have read more complaints about this company. I think it should be shut down or seriously fined!!!!!
