Freedom Mortgage Loan Care Scamming customers Mount Laurel, New Jersey
I believe Freedom Mortgage and Loan Care are running a scam on their customers. Every month for at least the last four months I have been unable to pay my mortgage online. The web site for Freedom Mortgage directs me to Loan Care, which then directs me back to a dead page on the Freedom Mortgage site. I then have no choice but to either sit on hold with customer care for an hour waiting to speak to someone or paying a fee to make my payment via phone. Every month, I get the same old song and dance "IT is working on it and it should be fixed in a couple of days" Well, it's been four months at least and IT has not fixed the problem. I believe Freedom Mortgage has just figured out an easy way to collect an additional fee from their customers.
