Freedom Resouce ripoff six months and nothing for it false promises GeorgiaWoodstock
I recieved a call form FREEDOM RESOURCE and was offered a credit card with a limit of 2500 and i can choose weather i wanted mastercard or visa. I told my husband about it and he agreed with me. So the lady on the phone asked me when i wanted the money drawn out of my account, 221.95 was taken out on the 25th of October.
I called a month later seeing when my package was arriving, i asked them why don't they have a 800 number because it's long distance for me to call you. They just said that the company was in process of getting a 800 number. So i asked them when was i going to get my package, they said oh the printers are messed up and will take a while to send the package. It will take a month for u to recieve it.
A month later i called again, when u call them and they finally pick up the phone they ask you for your name,address,and state i've called them 4 times. When i called them the fifth time asking them where my package was which was on Janurary they told me that they had the wrong address and was shipped to a different address. which was strange since i called them four times already and verified my address and it was correct.
I asked for a refund and told me that they already sent the package to me and i should be recieving it. I told them i wanted my refund and they said that i would have to return the package and then i have to fill out a form to refund my money. I was like that's dumb just give me back my money. I finally received it and the credit card they were offering was the one you to put your own money in it in order for you to use it. I sent if off and got my refund form. it's been three months and nothing.
They really made me believe i was getting a credit card, but they just wanted to get my money. But i believe what goes around comes around. This company is ripping off people's hard working money. BEWARE
