Freedom Resource Benefit Group rip-off Woodstock Georgia
Applied for a credit card online through Freedom Resources in November 2002. They called me to see if I was still interested in the credit card.
I was and they told it was going to cost me $221.95 to become a member and the benifits will include a credit card with a balance of $5,000. At that time it will only take a few days to process and that I will recieve my card.
Did not come in so I called the customer service center at 678-239-0133. They told me that it will take 30 days to process. I gave them another month and half called them again and they said that it has been on back order it will be out as soon as possible.
Recieved the package that had benifits in it but no card. I have called them and they are unable to send my money back without a signature form signed and that will take a few weeks to send out.
