The timeline you give is excellent! You mention that by April 15, you still receive no check. At the end of April, their offices got raided by Investigator Boucher. You might want to call this number: Consumer Affairs: 1-404-656-3789 to file your complaint, and to get an update about the pending investigation. You can access article: http://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=56049&view for the direct source of that Consumer Affairs number. There may be a way to collect that refund or just to make sure your name is added to the list, when it is time for prosecution. This information was submitted May 29, 2003 so the situation may be radically different, maybe you could let us know. If you can, please get back to us about the progress of the Investigation, and results for calling Consumer Affairs. If there is a Class Action Lawsuit, Refund Process it would be helpful to share the udated information, with others in your situation. Thank you. Hope this helps.
