After buying a phone from freedompop, I was told I would recive a new phone, with one mouth free service. I waitted 2 weeks befor reciving the phone. After reciving the phone the battory was no good. The use of the battory got lower and lower, than it would only stay charged one second and go out. After reporting this problem, they say they would mail me aother one. I waitting 2 week nothing came in the mail. I than call them. They said they were out of stock, and when they recive them they would send my one. They said they had give me a addional free month service. I then told her you did not give me a extra month service. I told her my phone was cut off after a week of reciving the phone. And the battory was bad the phone was used and the, 2nd phone was bring you own, I pay and nerver recived sevice for. that phone  which I compained about over and over, and they did nothing about, after I order the sevice, I ask to be place on the 9.99 a month plan. they kept trying to put me on the 19.99 a month plan. I told them over a over again. That was not my order. I was then told by the company, to pay the 19.99 to have sevice. With no battory ,are new phone to fix the problem I them ask for my money back. she said my service was supened. I told her. you just said you gave me a month free sevices. and instane the 9.99 you said you would give me the free service. this company is an false advertor and a rip off I wand my money back.
